1. Registration Fees:
   Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.

2. Visa Applications:
   Attendees are responsible for managing their own visa applications.
   Visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the visa office, and we are not liable for any visa-related issues.

3. Invitation Letters:
   Upon completion of the registration process and finalization of payments, an invitation letter will be sent within one week.

   • Notarized Invitation Letter: If a notarized invitation letter is required, an additional fee of C$60 will be charged. The notarized letter will be sent within one week.

4. Document Alterations:
   Any re-typing or alterations requested on documents will incur an additional fee of C$50.00.

5. Event Policies:

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the presentation hall.

   • Pets are not allowed at the event.
